Cancellation Policy

At Band Master, we understand that plans may change. This Cancellation Policy explains the terms and conditions under which an order may be cancelled.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our store or warehouse.
• Cancellation requests must be made by contacting us via phone or email as soon as possible.
• Once an order has been shipped or dispatched, cancellation will not be accepted.

2. Cancellation of Customized and Bulk Orders

• Customized products, band uniforms, and bulk orders cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.
• Advance payments made for customized or bulk orders are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellation by Band Master

Band Master reserves the right to cancel any order in the following situations:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing or information errors
• Payment issues
• Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, any payment received will be refunded as per applicable terms.

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

• If an order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
• Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment mode and bank processing time.

5. Changes to Orders

• Requests for order modifications or changes are subject to product availability and processing status.
• Once processing has started, changes may not be possible.
